What do I need to do?
Referring a friend is simple. All you need to do is open the app and take the following steps:

Once you’re in the Chip app, go to the ‘Profile’ section.
Find ‘Promos & Referrals’
Find ‘Promos & Referrals’, then follow the on-screen steps to generate your unique referral code.
There’s no limit
There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, so share this code with as many people as you like.
What do they need to do?
It’s free to open an account and after a quick check, they’ll be on their way in a few minutes:
Sign up using their referral code
First your friend will need to download the Chip app and sign up using the unique referral code you have kindly provided.
Deposit at least £5,000
They’ll need to make a deposit of at least £5,000 into their Chip Cash ISA Account.
Hold the balance 30 days.
Lastly, they’ll need to hold at least £5,000 in their account for 30 days.
More the merrier
The more people you invite, the longer we’ll boost your rate. For example, refer two people and you’ll have your boost for 180 days, refer four and you’ll get your boosted rate for the best part of a year.

Yes you can! For everyone you successfully invite, we will boost your interest for a further 90 days, so start sharing the wealth.
You will start accruing interest at your boosted rate within one working day of all criteria being met, and the interest earned will be paid monthly as part of your regular interest payment.
There is no limit. For every friend you successfully refer, you will get an additional 90-day AER boost, and your friend will also get their boost. So, if you refer two friends, your cisa-referral-boost-amount boost will last for 180 days; refer three, and it will be 270 days.
