How to Enter:

‍1. Tag your friend in the promotion post on the Chip Instagram page before 23:59 on 11 April 2025.

‍2. Successfully refer your friend to Chip by following the referral process outlined below.

How to Refer:

If you are referring someone:
‍
1. Go into the Chip app, click on ‘Profile’ and then on ‘Promos and Referrals’.

‍2. Click on ‘Invite a friend to Chip,’ then on ‘Invite friends’ to share your referral link.

‍3. Your friend must follow the referral link to our referral webpage.

4. They must enter their email address and click ‘Download Chip.’

5. Your friend must then set up their account using the same email address. The referral code will be applied automatically.

6. Your friend must deposit at least £1,000 into their Chip Instant Access Account between 4 April and 23:59 11 April 2025. They must then maintain that balance for at least 14 consecutive days, in order to be eligible for the prize draw.

7. Tag your friend on the promotion post on the Chip Instagram page before 23:59 11 April 2025.

8. There is no limit to the number of people you can successfully refer to Chip.

Eligibility:

• Winners will be contacted via DM on 25th April 2025.
• To qualify, you must have tagged your friend on our Instagram post and successfully referred them to Chip before the deadline.

Referral Eligibility Criteria:

If you are referring someone to Chip:

To be eligible to enter the prize draw, the person you are referring must have:

• Successfully signed up to Chip (minimum app version 4.56.0) as a new customer.
• A new customer is defined as someone who has never previously held a Chip account.
• Redeemed the referral code by signing up with the same email address using the link you shared within 30 days or by entering your referral code in the app within 7 days.
• Deposited a minimum of £1,000 into their Chip Instant Access account before 23:59 11 April and held this for at least 14 consecutive days.
• Not already redeemed a new customer promotion.

If you are being referred to Chip:

To be eligible for the reward, you must:

• Be a new Chip customer.
• A new customer is defined as someone who has never previously held a Chip account.
• Not already be on a new customer promotion.
• Redeem the referral you were given (using the link shared with you and signing up using the same email address entered within 30 days, or by entering the referral code in-app within 14 days).
• Maintain a Chip Instant Access account balance of at least £1,000 before 23:59 11 April and hold this for at least 14 consecutive days.
• Be on at least version 4.56.0 of the Chip app.

Prize Details:

• Entries will be randomly selected and if eligible, both you and your friend will receive £250 each into your Chip Instant Access Accounts.
• There is a maximum of one £250 prize per person.
• If the referral eligibility criteria are met, you and your friend will also receive a 1.00% AER boost on your Chip Instant Access Account rate for 90 days. See refer a friend T&Cs here.

Additional Information:

• Bonus payments from Chip into your Chip Instant Access Account do not contribute towards interest calculations.
• Withdrawn bonus payments may take up to 5 working days to reach your linked bank account.
• All Chip promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 4 of our Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice.

General:

• If Chip has grounds to suspect any user or associated third party of abusing the promotion in any capacity, Chip reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity and/or refuse to pay any bonus.
• Chip reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Promotion at any time.
